Rust-Oleum Zinsser Open Market Promotion – Terms and Conditions of Entry

Overview and Eligibility

Information on how to enter this promotion (Promotion) forms part of these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions). Entry into the Promotion by participants is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are not excluded by clause 4 below (Eligible Participants).

The following people are not eligible to participate:

• Directors, officers and employees of the Promoter; and
• Directors, officers and employees of contractors to the Promoter.

Term of Promotion

The Promotion commences at 12:01 am AEDST on 1 November 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm AEDST on 30 November 2025 (Promotion Period).

How to Enter

1. Purchase 2 × Zinsser-branded products in one transaction from a participating Zinsser retailer; and
2. Visit https://solutions.rustoleum.com.au/p/7NY7-D8F/zinsser-2025 to complete the entry form and upload your receipt.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

Multiple entries are permitted per person.

Prizes & Prize Draws

One (1) Eligible Entrant will win a $5,000 Virtual VISA Gift Card.

The prize is valued at a maximum RRP of AUD $5,000. The total prize pool is AUD $5,000.

The Virtual Visa Gift Card (“Card”) is issued by Heritage and People’s Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank (ABN 11 087 651 125) pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. (ACN 123 251 703) is Heritage’s program manager for the Card.

• Card valid for 36 months from issue date.
• Unused balances will not be awarded as cash.

The prize draw will take place at Motivate Advertising, 23B Marshall Ave, Highett VIC 3190 at 11:00 am AEDST on 5 December 2025.

Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw date. Winners’ details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published on www.rustoleum.com.au within 30 days.

If a prize remains unclaimed, a further draw will be held at the same location at 11:00 am AEDST on 5 March 2026 (subject to regulatory approval). Unclaimed-draw winners will be notified within 7 business days and published within 30 days.

Verification & Invalid Entries

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants (identity, age, residence, proof of purchase) and to disqualify entries not in accordance with these Terms. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries are invalid. If a dispute arises regarding identity, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Prize Availability & Forfeiture

If a winner does not claim a Prize within the specified time, the Prize will be forfeited. If a Prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an equal value prize (subject to regulatory approval).

Prize values are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.

Printing errors or quality control matters will not invalidate winning entries.

Publicity & Intellectual Property

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice (including photographs, film and/or recordings) for promotional purposes without remuneration. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

Interference & Technical Issues

If the Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as anticipated for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control (including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud), the Promoter may disqualify entries or modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion (subject to regulatory directions).

Entrants are responsible for any costs incurred accessing the promotional website. Use of automated entry software or mechanical/electronic means for repeated entries is prohibited.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act or other applicable laws (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

Except as required by law, the Promoter and its agents are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the Promotion, including:

• technical malfunctions or equipment failures;
• theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
• late, lost, altered or misdirected entries;
• variations in prize value;
• any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
• use or redemption of a Prize.

Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information (PI) to conduct the Promotion and may disclose PI to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities. PI will not be shared with third parties for marketing or spam purposes.

Entry is conditional on providing PI. The Promoter will handle PI as described in its Privacy Policy.

Entrants consent to their PI being used for promotion, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes (including electronic messages or calls), unless they opt out. Entrants may access, update or correct their PI and lodge complaints as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

The Promoter may collect PI via secure servers located overseas. By entering, entrants consent to these terms and acknowledge the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
