Zinsser Ultimate Weapon Promotion Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18+ (Entrants) The directors, management & employees (& their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers & agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants who give their consent.
The promotion starts at 8.00 AM AEDT ON OCTOBER 3RD 2022 and ends at 11.59 PM AEDT ON NOVEMBER 30TH 2022 (Promotional Period). To enter, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, UPLOAD IMAGES TO THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA AND/OR INSTORE ENGAGEMENT AND TAG @Rust-Oleum Trade ANZ on Facebook Page USING THE HASH TAG #zinssertheultimateweapon PROMOTING THE ZINSSER ULTIMATE WEAPON CAMPAIGN . Entrants must ensure that entries are their original work. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Winner/s will win 2X $500 COLES OR WOOLWORTHS GIFT VOUCHER. The total prize pool is valued at $1000. Winner judging will take place at RPM HEAD OFFICE, MELBOURNE at 2.00 PM AEDT on DECEMBER 19TH 2022 at Suite 2.02, Level 2, 307 Ferntree Gully Rd, Mt Waverley VIC 3149. The Entrant with the most original and creative entry, as determined by the Promoter’s judging panel in its absolute discretion, will win the applicable prize. The judge’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. Winners will be notified by phone, email within 2 business days of the draw date.
An unclaimed prize judging will take place at RPM HEAD OFFICE, MELBOURNE on MARCH 20TH 2023 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified via the email address supplied on their entry form. Prizes must be taken as offered & cannot be varied.
Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Contact details entered incorrectly will deem the entry invalid. Costs associated with entering the promotion remain an Entrant’s responsibility. Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive, crude or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers may infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity will not be accepted. This includes but is not limited to any entry which the Promoter considers to be disparaging of its or the prize supplier’s products or services &/or is otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of this promotion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants will be deemed ineligible if the Entrant provides incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information & all entries of an Entrant who is deemed to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request an Entrant to produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the promotion, before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction then all the entries of that Entrant will be ineligible & deemed invalid. If a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion &/or provide an alternative prize or prizes. An entry & any copyright submitting in an entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the property of the Promoter. The Entrant agrees that the Promoter may, in the event the Entrant is the winner, publish or cause to be published the Entrant’s name & locality in any media.
