  1. Spread old sheets or a drop cloth on the ground outdoors to protect surfaces from paint drips.
  2. Clear surface of hubcap thoroughly with a clean cloth
  3. Spray hubcap with Peel Coat Removable Rubber Coating in Matt Black from 20-30 cm away, creating a loose covering across the hubcap.
  4. Let the hubcap dry about 5 – 10 minutes before applying next coat.  A total of 5 – 6 coatings will be required for full coverage and best results.
