  1. Spread old sheets or a drop cloth on the ground outdoors to protect surfaces from drips.
  2. Rub glassware with a paper towel dipped in rubbing alcohol to remove smudges and dirt.
  3. Apply strips of painter’s tape around the clean, dry glassware beginning in the middle of the glass and move up to cover the entire top portion.
  4. Set the glassware upside down on the drop cloth or old sheets.
  5. Apply the mirror effect spray coating to the exposed parts of the glassware in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke.
  6. Allow the coat to fully dry, approximately two minutes between coats.
  7. Repeat steps 5 & 6 at least 2 more times to ensure full coverage, then allow the glassware to dry for at least 24 hours.
  8. To set the paint, place glassware in a cold oven and heat it to 176°C.
  9. Turn off the oven after 20 minutes, but leave the glassware inside to slowly cool.
  10. When the glassware is cool to the touch, it can be used and hand-washed.
