Elementary Art Room Floor

Thoroughly clean the floor with a paint prep cleaning product and let dry.
If necessary sketch your floor design on paper first then use chalk to outline shapes on the floor. Paint geometric shapes and fun lines in various colors light to dark on the concrete floor.
Dry overnight. Outline shapes with black gloss using a smaller flat brush.
Using a foam roller fill in all spaces between the shapes with black gloss. In my case I have classroom furniture to work around so I had to do half the room wait overnight carefully move the furniture before rolling the black paint on the other half.
Let cure for several days. for heavily used floors like mine I recommend applying wax a few times a year.
