  1. Set up nightstand in garage or backyard on top of a few drop cloths. You may want to cover surrounding items with drop cloths as well to protect them from spray mist.
  2. Lightly sand off any peeling paint, then wipe clean with a damp paper towel.
  3. If your wicker nightstand is unfinished or already has been painted with a dark colour, begin the process of applying the Rust-Oleum® Ultra Cover 2X Primer Spray.
  4. Next, apply a Rust-Oleum® Ultra Cover 2X Satin Spray in a colour of your choice to the entire piece, creating a cohesive base color. Follow the manufacturer's directions and dry times as indicated on the paint can.
  5. Place a few votives or fresh cut flowers on your nightstand and your cottage will take on a whole new look!
