About 7400 System Zinc Chromate Primers

Intensify the rust protection of the 7400 System with Rust-Oleum High Performance 7400 System Zinc Chromate Primer. This modified alkyd primer is a powerful rust inhibitor and can be applied in between coats to further shield against rust.

  • Contains special rust-inhibitive pigments
  • Can be applied to lightly rusted surfaces, as well as clean/previously painted surfaces
  • Two-year rust-proof guarantee—maximum corrosion protection
  • Meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact; accepted for use in federally registered Canadian food facilities

 

For Best Results

  • Top coat with 7400 or V7400 System DTM 450 VOC Alkyd Enamel
